8th Day – Ryan Cooper – Cooper Sound Design

My goal of updating this blog regularly has gone to the wayside in the midst of the fall semester at school, returning to work, and a last-minute move for an internship during my spring semester at Eighth Day Sound Systems in Cleveland, Ohio.

I’m writing this as I move into my 7th week at the shop, which will be my second week working with the project management staff after spending the first 5 weeks rotating around the shop. I’ve learned the company’s standards for drive systems, paperwork, rack patching, cable looms, and much more. I’m also helping to optimize and standardize 3d case blocks for truck pack drawings.
